Research and develop science content for broad-based application across all age groups served by EPO programs (Pre-K through 12). Create new programs each quarter and provide training for those programs to other members of the educational staff. Evaluate the success and current relevance of EPO programs and, if necessary, modify existing curriculum throughout the year. Responsible for implementation of programs and tours to complement museum exhibits.
Supervise, schedule and train public programming team of 10-15 part time staff. Review and provide feedback on programming and guest experience.
Contributes to overall OSC programming efforts by developing, implementing and evaluating partnership programs and workshops.
Maintains program records for reporting purposes.
Participates in museum-wide and/or cooperative teams to contribute to Museum-wide initiatives.
Develops and implements deep-knowledge forensic science programs for participating schools.
