I worked within Beaumont's two middle schools and high school, executing the plans left by the teachers. I was able to work for several of the same teachers multiple times, showcasing my ability to execute plans. Learned more about youth culture and how to relate to students to gain plan completion.
I retooled the youth ministry as well as creating a seperate charitable entity to impact the community.
I worked within Riverside's K-12 schools, executing lesson plans left by the teachers. I deepened my understanding in conflict management, flexibility and learned how to work within difficult situations.
I provided help with Powerhour, outdoor activities and tutoring. I also have done stop-motion animation with the sites I work at.
I led the youth of the church for a great eight months. I coordinated a trip to the Youth Convention in San Diego. I also learned more about communication, ministry planning and conflict resolution techniques.
I volunteer in the nursery, have taught Pre-teen Sunday School, helped with the Children's Ministry hour and have discussed events with both Children and Youth directors.
In the area of Youth Ministry, my range is that of coming alongside and assisting in teaching, event planning and execution.
