I build pneumatic conveyor systems which includes sand blasting, cutting material, pipe fitting and building the units. I build them and check for leaks before they are primed and painted. Once painted i finished assembly and get ready for testing.

QC technical team leader

I was the quality team leader for the final assembly lines for starter and alternator. I oversaw 12 associates which we tested and inspected final product before shopping to the customer. I also did maintenance on test equipment and preventive maintenance. If there was any quality issue, I insured that all suspect product was contained until it could be sorted. I also got the associates ready for TS audits or QS 9000. Before transferring to QC I worked on the starter armature line for the first 5 years. I knew how to operate all the machines and able to trouble shoot problems we they arose.

I supervised the daily production on the hardcoat line which is a process of coating head light lens. I also did routine maintenance and improvement items to increase production by reducing scrap. I oversaw 10 associates which included assigning daily positions, cleaning duties, and cross training. Also introducing lean manufacturing to improve our bottom line. Prior to transferring to the Hardcoat department I worked in the Paint department in which we painted interior trim parts from switch plates to door trim parts. There were 3 paint robots that I had learned to program because they where old styles which they would lose their positions sometimes.

Build custom air dryers for compressed air systems. We assemble the compressor and condenser unit into custom cabinets the run copper line to the heat exchanger.I vacuum the air out and check for leaks then charge them up with freon. I also work in the electrical wiring department building the control boxes and wiring the heatless unit. Run stainless steel tubing for the heatless units and final QC check before shipping to customers.

Install the ductwork in the houses or office building. Then set the HVAC units and wire, run copper lines, and charge the units up with freon. Also started training on service calls.
