Combat Shooting Team Competitor/Instructor

Established and gathered information in regards to possible arising problems in the marksmanship program, and develop possible solutions. Trained and maintained proficiency in competitive marksmanship techniques to compete in CIAP, local, state, regional, inter-service, national, and international completions. Observed, documented, and analyzed shooting techniques and technology used both in civilian and military shooting competitions in order to improve Marine Corps Doctrine. Supervised and conducted instruction on weapon handling, fundamental precision marksmanship, and combat marksmanship techniques to Marines, Federal, and State Law Enforcement personnel. Conducted logistics/operational tasks to support temporary additional duties for mobile training teams, clinics, and competitions. Prepared and created competitive courses of fire for multi-gun competitions to be held at Marine Corps bases and stations.
Instructed several different curriculums as a platform instructor with hundreds of instructor hours logged. Achieved basic and senior level instructor credentials. Developed improvements to Marine Corps Marksmanship Doctrine through civilian and military competitions. Trained thousands of individuals over countless evolutions with 0 safety mishaps. Competed in numerous National level competitions placing consistently in the top 10% or higher.
