Coordinated and facilitated all training evolutions. Was responsible for the safety of countless individuals during the course of all range operations. Planned and arranged dozens of off site training packages and special travel missions. Supervised team budget, travel, and schedule. Developed curriculum to be used institutionally. Supervised several large scale competitions comprised of joint services and law enforcement agencies.

Duties:
Responsible for the accountability and maintenance of over 300 firearms with optics and other controlled items. Designed and developed requirements for firearms to be used for competition application. Maintained a supply chain of firearm parts and accessories to ensure 100% readiness. Developed and implemented a rigorous series of test used to maximize performance of firearms and ammunition to be used in multiple applications.

Duties:
Established and gathered information in regards to possible arising problems in the marksmanship program, and develop possible solutions. Trained and maintained proficiency in competitive marksmanship techniques to compete in CIAP, local, state, regional, inter-service, national, and international completions. Observed, documented, and analyzed shooting techniques and technology used both in civilian and military shooting competitions in order to improve Marine Corps Doctrine. Supervised and conducted instruction on weapon handling, fundamental precision marksmanship, and combat marksmanship techniques to Marines, Federal, and State Law Enforcement personnel. Conducted logistics/operational tasks to support temporary additional duties for mobile training teams, clinics, and competitions. Prepared and created competitive courses of fire for multi-gun competitions to be held at Marine Corps bases and stations.

Achievements/Skills:
Instructed several different curriculums as a platform instructor with hundreds of instructor hours logged. Achieved basic and senior level instructor credentials. Developed improvements to Marine Corps Marksmanship Doctrine through civilian and military competitions. Trained thousands of individuals over countless evolutions with 0 safety mishaps. Competed in numerous National level competitions placing consistently in the top 10% or higher.
