• Represent the United States as lead counsel for the investigation, charging, and prosecution of misdemeanor and felony crimes. Caseload includes special victims (sexual assault, child exploitation, domestic violence), financial fraud, military offenses, and classified national security matters.
• Serve as Government counsel at administrative, disciplinary, and investigatory hearings.
• Provide guidance on administrative law, intellectual property, contract review, response to Congressional inquiries, and employment matters.
