- Selected project specific accomplishments:
o Managed conversion of legacy Mortgage payment processing platform. Successfully completed migration of 3.5MM payments/month including business process analysis, data mapping, conversion of business rules/custom edits used for high speed payment processing. Coordinated all aspects of project budget management (approx $3MM).
o Managed Site Consolidation project including all construction build-out aspects of new operations facility in Texas and relocation of payment processing operations from legacy facility in Maryland. Coordinated all project team activities and accomplishments thru multiple areas including Construction Management, Line of Business and equipment suppliers. Completed build-out of new facility and shut-down of old facility on-schedule and within overall project budget. Enabled site consolidation cost savings and enhanced geographic footprint distribution for processing sites.
- Overall responsibilities included:
o Fully accountable for schedule, cost and resource performance to ensure projects were completed on time and within budget.
o Managed multiple projects / programs and demonstrated expertise in: resource planning, work breakdown structures, risk/issue management, financial management, implementation planning, testing, training/communication, scope management, business case development and dependency tracking.
o Proactively worked to prevent and/or resolve problems/issues/risks and knowing if, when, to whom and how to escalate.
o Communicated project goals, roles, deliverables, and milestones to the project team.
o Planned/prepared for, and effectively facilitated team milestones, team meetings and presentations.Gathered, retained, disseminated key information for project environment, status, issues, etc.
o Utilized various Project Management and Six Sigma methodologies, tools/skill sets including both Waterfall and Agile methods.
