Responsibilities: This position is responsible for providing leadership guidance on establishing a productive, high performing, and safety conscious working cell environment. The major role of this job is to focus on all aspects related to safety, environmental, production, cost, quality, and people management through the continuous application of GBS principles for area/cell of responsibility.

Additional responsibilities include: ensuring the standardization of processes within the area of responsibility. These duties will include needs assessments, auditing, coaching of production/quality improvement programs and standards, ITS training, 5S improvements, development and implementation of cost and environmental control goals, development and implementation of new and current preventive maintenance and safety management processes and procedures.

Other responsibilities include:

Quality Assurance Team Leader/Supervisor

Quality Assurance Team Lead/Supervisor coordinate and oversee day to day operations of torque and process audits, calibration of measuring devices used on a daily basis. Coordinate all VPC yard sorts, investigate quality issues to improve production process.
Involved in written work stands on all Module Link Energy front and rear chassis, cockpit, FEM, front and rear bumper lines. Have worked and trained new team members on Module lines and been a quality inspector on all module lines. Perform all work as necessary to conform to quality control guidelines (includes compliance with requirements outlined in applicable regulations such as: OSHA, FCC, and NEC, etc and following procedures as outlined in the CPNIQ, TQA, other Installation, Technical, Operations, Safety Manuals, and Employee Handbook).
Connect various options available with customer's equipment (PIP, DVD, BlueRay, A/B switch, etc.). Promote company products and services and educate customer on proper use of services and equipment, including channel lineups, how to add additional services and access help online. Assure proper signal levels and picture quality on all television sets, and clean the premises of all debris and materials after the installation is complete.
Monitor and record system, drop, and in house leakage; Maintain records including daily logs, gas sheets, etc. as required; properly record all required information on work orders, surveys, referrals, etc. Trained new employees on cable, internet, telephony installation and troubleshooting. Involved with training and effectiveness of safety procedures.
