• Take in production orders and convey them to the production team

• See to it that the marketing strategy of the company product is duly implemented and all the tasks related to it are executed by the staff

• Will help the General Manager with budgeting and allocating finances for the different sub divisions
• Will monitor the finances for every quarter and propose changes to the budget if required
• Will help to oversee all accounts and lines of credit, payables, receivables, and purchasing

I.T.
• Oversee overall computer and network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and repair systems as required
• Research, develop, and administrate new bar code scanning technology
• Administer website, both regular and sales site, as required

Human Resources
• Handling the primary part of screening, recruitment and training of prospective employees, in conjunction with Shop Supervisors, as required
• Managing all the salary and other work related to employee welfare, as well as performance assessment in conjunction with Shop Supervisors
• Motivating employees to give their best to the organization

Staff Development: The ED is responsible to recruit, select, train, place, and supervise staff to do the work of ministry in various schools, neighborhoods, institutions and communities throughout communities.

Ministry Effectiveness: The ED carries out the YFC programs to effectively fulfill the mission of YFC. The ED generally works through staff, but may work directly with young people as well.

Fund Raising: The ED works with the Board in the development and maintenance of a funding base. This may be done through a combination of personal and corporate appeals, events, and community- based committees.

Community Relations: The ED serves as an advocate for youth evangelism in the community, not only speaking on behalf of YFC, but also supporting other efforts to mobilize the Christian community to reach lost youth. The ED sees that YFC and its mission are visible in the community and that YFC plays key roles in every major network and collaborative effort within its mission.

Board Building: The ED works in partnership with the Board of Directors while being accountable to it and enables the Board members to fulfill their role as trustees.

Administration/Fund Management: The ED sees that legal and YFC/Canada organizational requirements are met through careful management of the organization, its offices, and its finances. The ED sees that YFC chapter operates professionally. The ED participates in regional, national, and international YFC activities as deemed appropriate by the Board.

Strategic Planning: The ED is responsible for crystallizing a vision for expanding the ministry, and translating that vision into a strategic plan that has been developed in such a way that it is enthusiastically embraced by people at all levels of the organization.
