I held two jobs during my time at Tory Burch. As a Recruiter I sourced and hired for open roles across the company including roles within the NY Corporate Office & Retail Stores. I also screened, hired, and managed programming for our summer internship program and worked on other Talent initiatives including employee data reporting/analysis, performance management, new hire onboarding, and culture initiatives.
In my role as a Manager of Talent Effectiveness, I managed various HR initiatives including those related to company culture, onboarding, internal mobility, employee engagement, performance management, employee recognition, and internal communications.
