My Working Title

Founder, Chief Problem Solver

What will career development look like in this topsy-turvy world today? What happens if robots take over our jobs? How can we make money and meaning?

I'm working with my team to create a movement and a company. Our end goal is to empower Millennials to carve their own paths and lead more meaningful lives, practically.

My Working Title is a
• Career Design Movement that aims to inspire Millennials to design their careers in a fun, exciting and even fashionable manner. It is a safe space to explore possibilities, surface taboo topics and deep motivations.
• Career Design Company: a new venture that empowers Millennials to invest in their career strategy so that they are more equipped to survive and thrive.

I am working with my team to generate conversations and create a suite of products and services. We design it based on 3 principles:
#1. You have a choice.
#2. Your career is a permanent beta.
#3. You can design.

My product team = weekend corporate warriors comprising of a global learning and development professional, psychologist, a tech partner, career coach, youth leader and media professionals.
My branding and marketing team = the good folks at Provomo and Arismo

We're launching officially in 2017 so sign up now at www.workingtitle.xyz to receive first dips! If you'll like to be part of this movement, let me know too!
