Student Researcher

05/11 - 08/11:
Worked as a student researcher studying anaerobic digestion, specifically using effluent from the process as a biofertilizer. Completed an individual research project studying biofertilizer. Worked as a team member to complete a waste audit of a small organic farm about 45 miles south of Gainesville. This position was funded by the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) and the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences at the University of Florida.

August 2011 - April 2013
Work as a student researcher studying the anaerobic digestion of tomato culls to reduce costs and increase the sustainability of the tomato industry.
