*Monitoring and training of all positions and tasks within the mid-sized Property Mgmt Company; consisting of 900 Doors of which are managed for individual investors.
*Maintain both Tenant and Owner Relations.
*Handling of disputes and finding resolution with the main objective always concentrated on the fairness to all parties involved and staying within both the Landlord/Tenancy Act and Owner / Mgmt Contracts.
*Prepare, investigate, arrange and review of documentation when required for litigation matters.
* Complete and review both month and year end accounting.
*Review and sign off on all Owner monthly Financial Statements.
*The Team, which I was proud to both establish and lead, consisted of Reception, Accounts Payable and Receiveable, Maintenance Supervisor, Caretakers, Leasing and Property Managers and Office Manager.
