Maintain Inventory System
Manage parts ordering process controlling parts inventory and theft. Managing special orders and lost parts sales. I also have excellent inventory control, computer skills, am familiar with systems 2000 Galaxy software and Integrated Dealership Software, and am familiar with several online manufacturers parts systems.

Oversee parts and warranty, inventory control, parts sales, retail in charge of pricing parts including ordering and receiving into inventory.

Manage a parts retail store while also facilitating internal part sales to the sales and service departments. Manage store inventory, have continually met and exceeded goals through self-motivation, plan and strive for excellence in business ethics. Handle product ordering, tracking parts orders, and systematic delivery.I am very familiar with placing parts orders online, and adding parts to service tickets for the service technicians. Through internal email I keep all departments aware of part orders and arrivals.

Maintain good customer relations. I write customer quotes for service tickets , order all parts for service tickets, then attach them to a purchase order for easy tracking. Through one on one, email, and phone contact I provide customers with answers to any product questions, provide quotes and product availability, and inform them of order progress.
