January 2010 — August 2010
In Apple, I worked as a retail specialist working with a wide range of customers. I worked both openly on the floor, as well as in specialized one-on-one appointments. I was responsible for customer service, extensive knowledge of all Apple and third party products, and directing customer queues during “busy times” (all the time).
I also taught various workshops for our customers, ranging on topics from mobile products, to Apple software. I was able to able to provide basic technical assistance for customers experiencing problems with their Apple products, even over the phone.
My time at Apple has given me customer service experience that is unrivaled in the retail world. I dealt with the best and worst of customers, maintaining my composure and always doing my best to find the right solution for them. I worked with shining examples of salesmen and educators, always learning from them, and developing skills of my own. I consistently placed in the top 10-15 of specialists, in terms of sales.
