*Development partner search: Challenged to evaluate and select a development partner within five weeks from a pool of 10 initial candidates. Created a three round selection process that gave objective feedback and analysis of each candidate. Narrowed field to two outstanding candidate firms for management consideration.
*Product discovery and conceptualization: Over an eight week period conducted a deep analysis of the existing workflow and competitive landscape and used that information to conceptualize a product that increases processing capacity of each client and dramatically reduces error rate. Received 100% investor funding based on initial product designs.
*Managed front-end development team in Vietnam through 100% virtual means. Used weekly sprints to deliver prioritized stories, track progress, and predict story completion. Aligned front and back-end developers through daily scrum meetings and as needed conference calls. Maintained rate of 100% of stories delivered ahead of back-end team’s needs.
