This is a family business ran by my father so I took the opportunity to work with him between education.
My roles vary between door-to-door canvassing and actually selling the product to the customer on an appointment basis. Canvassing gave me a great platform for any customer based role as it did wonders for my confidence. I find it very easy to talk to new people about anything now so it has left me in good stead. Also during my experience of being the final sales representative I've learned how to boast about a product with the intention of making a sale. It's something I've thoroughly enjoyed but I feel it's time to move on from the family business.
