• Assist owning partners coordinating development tasks for over a dozen projects and supporting different stakeholders in the approval process for projects in the Surrey, Langley and Abbotsford.
• Monitoring construction and development schedule, budget and communications among stakeholders.
• Preparing project binders and related site documentation along with research and financial analyses for the company.
• Project schedules and coordination between consultants, city hall, engineers, architect and team members.
• Preparation and submission of development applications.
