Responsible for sourcing, attracting and placing top talent into organisation, while ensuring cost-effective sourcing solutions. Working with the client, and proactively with internal HR, hiring managers and stakeholders, I identify recruitment needs, understand position specifications, determine search parameters and develop an appropriate recruiting strategy that supports the company's business and operating plans. I am responsible for developing a pipeline of highly qualified talent to fill critical positions across multiple industries.
Perform Full-Cycle searches and create strategic sourcing strategies in connecting with both active and passive candidates across multiple industries by use of: online tools, social media , user-groups, networking, professional affiliations, referrals, job postings, job boards, head hunting and cold-calling.
Facilitate Intake and Weekly Status Meetings with hiring managers to assess current and evolving needs, managing expectations during each search.
Facilitate interview debrief sessions with hiring managers and negotiate candidate salary offers.
Participate in the company’s branding initiatives and manage client relationships at the VP and Sr. VP level.
Provide data driven market intelligence to ensure cost-effective solutions and quality processes are being utilized, as well as ensuring that proposed compensation is in line with market.
