Currently the Director of Resources, Integrated Services and Education with 20+ years of experience in HIV, STI, and Viral Hepatitis prevention, testing, treatment, and education.

Supervise all HIV Client Services personnel, including evaluating performance, disciplining, hiring, training, and providing administrative supervision to all programs. Serve as liaison with public and private funding sources and assure compliance with guidelines.

Promoted to manager position to recruit, train, implement and supervise 18+ case managers, counseling and testing, peer support and prevention staff for our new HIV Client Services Department for the Metrowest region. Foster an environment in which clients enjoy high levels of service and employees are motivated to deliver top performance. Manage all programs operations in the Central and Metrowest region to ensure friendly and efficient environment in all our state and federal funded programs to decrease new HIV, STIs and Viral Hepatitis rates, increase testing options for those unaware of their status, and improve access to early treatment, care and prevention services.

-Increased client case load from 89 clients to 173 in one year within our case management program; ensured a smooth transition between new HIV Standards of Care and implementation throughout all our funded programs.

-Established over 20 HIV counseling and testing sites throughout Central and MetroWest area for communities/providers who serve intravenous drugs users, the homeless, and men who have sex with men.

-Improved the Prevention and Education Program by implementing new policies, a data system, reporting, training and by embracing a team effort approach.
