The internship entails the continual research and prospecting for potential clients from all spectrums of the Internet. Work is done alongside sales managers to assist in the process of finding organizations that are prominent across traditional and social media platforms. As an intern, there is potential to grow and become more independent in the sales cycle based on the progression, adaptability, communication strengths and overall success.
Help establish, organize and produce pitches for potential clients.
Mapping out and profiling a wide range of companies and organizations – from universities and local government departments to Fortune 500 companies, and keeping up to date with current affairs and the sorts of organizations which may have an interest in different things being reported in the news. Not only will responsible for finding the right companies, but also the most relevant people within that organization for Meltwater to approach.
