Community-based Initiatives to Reduce Child Labor through Education (CIRCLE) Project: Compiled information on partner NGOs to include in the Best Practices in Preventing and Eliminating Child Labor through Education document (http://circle.winrock.org/bpcle.cfm). This included organizing Best Practices Evaluation Rounds, through which organizations were evaluated and Potential Best Practices (PBPs) were identified.
African Women Leaders in Agriculture and the Environment (AWLAE) Ford Scholarship Program: assisted in the management of scholar affairs.
Assessed nominated businesses for their contributions to sustainable development and implementing the millennium goals.
Client Management: Responsible for the development and management of client relationships for LeapCR's key customers. Main duties included: integration and implementation of the LeapCR platform for clients; develop client-specific strategies to engage employees in corporate community/volunteering programmes; analyse and create reports on user activity on client platforms.
Organisational and Resource Development: Provided direction and support for mission-critical company initiatives. Highlights: led the development and continuous enhancement of the company’s client management process; established a foundation for the development of resource materials used in maximising client platforms and their volunteer programmes; produced and published media articles which built CSR and employee volunteering awareness, and emphasised LeapCR’s value added presence to the CSR environment; project managed the design, build, testing and delivery of applications’ new features and enhancements.
Researched the Philippine political elite as part of a cross-country study by PhD students at Boston College.
Developed, as part of a team, a feasibility report on and an investment criteria framework for future opportunities for WaterHealth International, an Acumen Fund investee company.
Managed LifeLine Shanghai’s (LLS) Helpline Service by coordinating the volunteer recruitment process, co-facilitating (four) New Volunteer Trainings, supervising current volunteers, overseeing day-to-day operations, and preparing monthly reports. Also oversaw or provided support for LLS' programs, services, and events, including the CollegeLink, YouthLink and Corporate Workshops. Served as interim Executive Director July-August 2009
