Leading a small team, I'm responsible for the social marketing strategy and planning for the U.K, France, Belgium and U.S. markets, including brand content production, social listening, budget management, influencer marketing and community management in 3 languages.
I translate social data and analytics into compelling and concise stories around consumer behaviour, and apply those to articulate strategies that increase engagement, brand love and R.O.I.
I also work closely with the Digital Service team on a day-to-day basis, as well as lead workshops and presentations on strategy and tone of voice to ensure that every customer interaction fulfills our brand values and promises.
- Collaborated with top vloggers AliA, Jim Chapman and Pierre Croce to generate nearly 4 million video views across Youtube & Facebook to promote #EurostarSnap
- Invited 60 Eurostar community members to experience a day trip to #ParisOnUs with 10 bespoke itineraries created by 10 local parisians. Generated 2000+ hashtag mentions and increased sales on the Paris route.
- Celebrated Eurostar's community of travellers and the new generation e320 trains with an interactive Instagram 'digital tapestry', @LaVieonBoard.
