-Implement the day-to-day changes to the Jane Norman website on Magento, such as refreshing landing pages, navigation, general content, graphics as well as activate promotions.
-Develop and grow relationships with third party partners and advertisers.
-Manage Jane Norman’s affiliate program. Since taking this in house I’ve transformed our performance from a ROI of 800% to 2000% in a few months.
-Supervise weekly activity of our PPC, SEO and Display Agency to ensure we maintain a minimum ROI of 250%.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns from planning content to building HTML or drag-and-drop emails, tracking performance and driving new initiatives.
-Prepare the weekly e-commerce report for Jane Norman’s trade meetings using data sourced via Google Analytics & Teradata.
-When graphic design resource is limited I will create graphics for social media advertising, affiliate and display banners as well as editing/amending email graphics.
