Responsible for the evaluation, development, and implementation of large-scale employee development projects and policies that have major business impacts. Oversees projects, programs and policies such as: large-scale program redesigns as required from changes in business priorities, educational reimbursement policy, job rotation program, educational partnerships, knowledge transfer toolkit and mentoring program. Provides strategic direction and functional oversight on multiple projects including managing internal resources, budget and vendors.
In addition, serves as a key consultant to senior management by playing an active role in the
development of the employee learning life-cycle and experience to be incorporated into various enterprise-wide and organizational unit-specific training programs to enable comprehensive professional development and anytime/anywhere blended learning by employees and leaders.
