•Under the direct supervision of the Director, (and in conjunction with Director) conduct community and public education sessions to promote initiative including preconception, and interconception health; Assures the offering and arranging activities for Family planning services are conducted.
•Engaged thirty-five community partners in quarterly meetings and facilitated group trainings for core service providers.
•Developed a smaller coalition within the collaborative of home visiting programs serving the Bronx to ensure seamless referral transmitting.
•Devised two 4-week adolescent workshop series focusing on reproductive health, healthy relationships, nutrition and mental health.
•Planned four technical trainings on the ClientTrack referral software for community partners.
•Identified culturally relevant and appropriate outreach materials that will promote the MICHC annually.
•A participating member of the Urban Health Plan Public Health Council who spearheaded health initiatives for UHP staff and the community at large.
•Assisted the MICHC Director on annual needs assessments and improvement plans.
