Brand Manager for a Premium Denim Company from Italy, located in the Contemporary Designers Room within the Menswear department at Harrods. The Store had decided to give a greater exposure to the Brand since last year’s great results, and I have selected me to Manage it since then. It is a reasonably high priced product (when compared to other top-sellers in the market, even in Harrods), yet I have still secured exceedingly great performances throughout the year.
Apart from raising Brand Awareness within the UK and International market, I have also participated in the Buying Department decisions for both past collections, providing the insight and feedback needed to ensure that we have the right product at all times to supply the increasing demand from our customers.
+ Driven the Brand to great results, up to a record of 760% increase in sales compared to last year figures;
+ Successfully clienteling with some of the store’s Highest Spending Customers, achieving an increase of 20-30% in sales each month;
+ Achieved excellence in service, with a 100% Secret Guest Shop average;
+ Received several instances of praise from customers (sent to Managers and the Store Director);
+ Reduced customer complaints by 70% in the department by actively offering and taking charge of After-sales services for all my customers;
+ Achieved top of the Menswear Division KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) results, providing the high professional standards that Harrods demands;
