Team leader of the customer service department. Give support to Sprint customers, Sprint retail stores and dealers. Resolve customers and employees issues and complaints. Give information of our products. Receive calls from customers, account executives and future customers, answer their questions about their service, give maintenance to their accounts. Work directly with customer billing issues, analyzing bills in detail. In charge of maintaining the other coworkers aware of new policies and procedures. Give training to new hires. Give support to special customers as requested by supervisor and business department. Assist supervisor in every aspect requested and cover her vacations.
