To supervise, train, assist, 5-10 cashiers every shift. Overseeing that they're following proper cash handling procedures, making sure they're implementing training received to deter theft. Promptly responding to associates pages. Daily product counts of display items. Open and close each registers at the opening and closing of each shift. Make sure front end is presentable including but not limited to the break room, restrooms, making sure all carts are returned, and entry and exiting areas are kept up. General office admin work; answering all calls with in protocol timing with correct greeting, faxing, filing, copying. Assist customers and answered questions in reference to company credit programs. Rented company equipment.
