Providing reports on quotations to clients as requested
Preparing service/maintenance quotations for repairs/upgrades of existing products and new projects.
Gaining costs through various sources for materials and components
Negotiating with clients with commercial knowledge and awareness to get value from the quotation.
Interpreting customer requests and providing quotations to meet there requirements, identifying customer requests through drawings and tender documents.
Attending the occasional pre-start meeting and site visits with project teams.
Assisting the senior estimator with the day to day running of the department.
Managing workloads of department with customer requests, additional work reports from emergency repairs and annual maintenance inspections.
