Being apart of my companies call center team allowed me to exercise what I have learned from past work experience combined with the excellent training provided by Sitels upper management and team lead associates. My training included answering inbound calls, handling and resolving customers related issues, and opening and closing various accounts as well as check ordering procedures.
Entry level position held to assist customers with bus ticket sales and obtained bus information in order for our customers to arrive at requested locations in the metro area of Charlotte North Carolina . This position required that we held and maintained not only a state drivers license, but also a permit In order, to have access and permission to drive assigned city cars to travel to assigned work related job locations. Most of my skills and knowledge of customer service came from the root of this job opportunity. The days that I was scheduled to work in the office consisted of opening and closing procedures,faxing and maintaining a clean and well organized work area. I was responsible for running the end of day reporting,documenting and keeping a well balanced inventory count of various bus tickets. I have experience in handling Incoming and out going mail request from our customers. I was trained to communicate sufficiently through writing emails,faxing and scanning. I was also crossed trained to work in call center location if needed. I always met goals and expectations. This career opportunity also required me to work in the out field of the company I was assigned to some of our companies clients providing consignment and AR accounts for tickets and made sure these locations had the updated bus schedule and transportation information.
