Human Resources Manager:
•Coordination and implementation of the HR Project in the start up fase (Functions Manual, Evaluation of Performance, Compensation and Incentives System).
•Deep restructuring of the Companies HR in order to prepare the company for the strategy defines by our top management in Sweden.
•Preparation in the apply for PRIME, regarding a project with a total of 16.000 hours of formation.
•Preparation of several applies for POPH, regarding a project with a total value of 45.000 hours of formation.
•Coordination of all the payroll system, as well as all the administrative work and back Office related with HR.
•Deep reorganization from all the work teams, from the different departments, and from all the related processes, including several recruitments in technical and specialized areas (Security Commercials; Security Technicians; Administrative and back Office areas).
• Special attention to the Career Management, Incentives and benefits management in order to retain the best professionals from the market working with us.
•Responsible for the coordination of all legal aspects related with the company.
•Responsible for management of all the buildings occupied by the company.
Communication Officer Manager:
• Member of the Publishing Committee from the company internal magazine.
•Responsible for the entire internal project related with the rebrand of Securitas Systems to Niscayah.
•Responsible for all the relations with all the different entities related with communication, brand, image, marketing, merchandising, and public relations.
•Also coordinating all communications and contacts with clients having complains.
Communication Officer Manager:
•Coordination and preparation of the consulting Project for Quality Certification – ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001.
•Management of all processes and workflows of the company, with a profound reengineering of processes, workflows, and routines from work teams.
