Hilary Jarman

Hilary Jarman

Director of Marketing

Adecco Group

32216, FL

I love life and passionate people. I get my kicks from clever marketing initiatives and usable design. I'm on a constant search for "my passion," which has lead me to adventures ranging from quidditch to start-up companies to international corporations.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
Brand Strategy Email Automation German Spanish Community Management Marketing

I am interested in anything uniquely thoughtful, especially when the idea solves a problem or improves the lives of others. However, a great idea is only as good as the number of people it touches, which is why I love marketing. There are stories all around, and I help get that story in front of the right people.

To work with inspired and creative people. I would love to do brand management and lead generation for a consumer brand or community advocacy group. (See: RedBull or The Wing.)

Adecco Staffing, USA

Marketing Director

As the head of marketing for Adecco, I was responsible for three main pillars: brand management (visual identify, PR, collateral), lead generation & nurturing (demand generation, content, marketing automation) and business engagement (special projects, daily support, global initiatives).

As a marketing specialist, I translated the national marketing initiatives for our hundreds of local offices. This included creating sales and recruiting strategy and relevant collateral from sales sheets to billboards and promotional material. Examples include: national account recruitment support, building quarterly marketing campaigns and social media trainings.
