- Manage SCCM 2012 for SW, Windows deployment and All SW,BCE reports
- Create custom windows 7 image and create applications, packages to deploy with SCCM 2012
- Write and edit all SCCM documentations and SOPs
- Zabbix monitoring server to monitor all servers "Linux based environment"
- Maintain CentOS server for Cacti monitoring server and close any vulnerability issues
- HPSM service owner to manage users tickets and improve service desk KPI
- SW support Autocad mechanical and electrical, Solidworks, Adobe pro,etc
- Represent the IS organization to the users
- Enhance the user's relationship with the IS organization
- 1 and 2nd Level IT Support
- Acknowledge and record all incidents and service requests.
- enhance customer satisfaction and provide service in a respectful, courteous and positive manner
- Ensure response, escalation and resolution time objectives as defined in SLA
- Provide the user with status updates as defined in SLA
