Georgia-Pacific is one of the world's leading manufacturers of tissue, pulp, paper, packaging, building products and related chemicals.
As District manager at Georgia Pacific I represented the brand name Lotus Professional. I worked with a portfolio of products consisting of tissue in the form of toilet paper, paper hand towels and hand hygiene products. Foodservice with primarily napkins was also included in the offering.
The role involved planning of my own day, outreach sales to new customers and management of existing customers. Both end users and wholesalers where included, contract management and negotiation was part of everyday work. I also worked with a large number of contract customers and prospects. Educated and updated the wholesaler sales representatives about our products for the best product mix. My role involved work with own prospects for retail contracts in the west and southern region in Sweden.
SCA is a global hygiene and forest company that develops and produces personal care products, tissue, publication papers and solid-wood products. Sales are conducted in some 100 countries. SCA has many well-known brands, including the global brands TENA, Tork and Lotus Professional.
In July 2012 Georgia Pacific AFH became a part of SCA Hygiene Products AFH
Mark & Miljökontroll AB offers services in radon and gamma radiation field for property owners, property managers, businesses and public institutions. MMK is the only Swedac accredited company in the Nordic countries that perform dosrat measurements on building materials.
Marketing and sales at Mark & Miljökontroll included ongoing work with sales to B2B clients and contract management. My role also included the responsibility for communicating with customers on the web, sales material and market communication when attending trade fairs. I was involved in the startup of a project together with NCC roads which meant a product launch with associated training and web-based tests. The work also involved management of our contract customers.
