This particular role manages HR Recruiting, associate relations, and employee involvement functions. Perform recruitment activities including interviewing and evaluating candidates for select positions. Participates in benefits administration including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Supports evaluating job descriptions and rewrite as necessary; participates in annual salary reviews and affirmative action plan. Support employees through direct contact with timely and effective responses to needs and issues. Maintain HRIS with accurate and update employee information including new hires, transfers, benefits, terminations, etc.
