Lead curriculum development for Credit by Exams for acceleration (K-12) and enrichment courses for gifted and advanced students (6-12). Contribute to curriculum design and planning for secondary level Advanced Placement, Pre-AP, and dual credit online courses. Incorporate current research for best practices in assessment and online learning and collaborate with internal and external partners. Recruit curriculum designers and manage work tasks and resources to achieve project goals. Design and facilitate face-to-face and online professional development for parents and educators to support curriculum, instruction, and support for gifted and advanced students. Develop and deliver the online G/T 30-hr Academy sessions and 6-hr G/T sessions. Extend support to students and educators throughout Texas. Lead professional development planning and implementation, including goal-setting, timelines, work distribution, and resource management. Guide development of programs to support graduation pathways leading to college readiness for entry into leading research universities. Analyze UT High School student data and guide students in making appropriate course selections. Coordinate the Early Readiness High School Graduation Option (ERHSGO) and develop partnerships with school districts in Texas. Participate as a member of the UT High School leadership team and contribute to the Center for Teaching and Learning and University programs and services. Collaborate with internal and external university partners.
