Association Development Manager
Managing and aiding in the development and management of associations/societies across Europe.
Strategic planning, managing everyday operations and finances/budget, website administration, online and offline communication with board directors and members, marketing activities, planning local and international events/meetings, operating social media platforms, creating and implementing new projects, reaching out to partner societies, and seeking opportunities for further association development.
- Develop, implement, and organize strategic long term social media plan/platforms for company
- Update and coordinate social media schedule on daily/weekly basis based on analytical research
- Manage societies’ website, social media, and quarterly events
- Organize societies’ documents in storage via offline/online
- Edit website/presentations
- Proofread English materials on company website, documents, societies’ materials, and contracts
- Work with team members to ensure most up to date knowledge for each association/society
