• Traveled to produce four company events including Warrior Dash, the world’s largest obstacle running series, with over 10,000 participants per race
• Managed several hundred volunteers during multiple events, oversaw logistics and consistently provided customer service to participants and spectators
• Negotiated with over twenty vendors to ensure proper company spending
• Planned clue locations for the Great Urban Race by reaching out to over fifty local businesses in Manhattan
