Sales Compensation Manager

*As a member of Cisco's Sales Comp Center of Excellence, manage sales comp strategy, planning and design for the Worldwide Partner Organization and Global Enterprise Theater product organizations
*Develop strong partnership with senior management, WWPO and GET Strategy & Planning, HR Compensation and Global Business Operations to develop innovative plans aligned to go-to-market strategies and evolving business models
*Lead global compensation initiatives and provide strategic support in critical project planning and execution
*Participate in redesign of all product sales incentive plans to simplify, ensure alignment to Cisco go-to-market strategies and drive key sales behaviors and success measurements to increase Cisco’s revenue and profitability
*Utilize metrics and apply analytical skills to discern current plan effectiveness.
*Develop educational resources and communication plans for sales compensation and deliver scalable training solutions to Worldwide Partner Organization and Global Enterprise Theater Field Sales Management and cross-functional teams
*Support policy and governance processes to ensure that compensation practices are in alignment with the overall strategic intent
*Liaise with HR, Finance, Commissions Operations, and Sales Operations teams to ensure that integrated support is provided to the client on sales compensation issues
*Maintain solid understanding of Compensation related tools, such as Oracle Incentive Compensation Software and Oracle HRMS
