Promoted to role within Engineering Organization to pilot programs specifically designed to address the culture and productivity in the Engineering teams, globally. As the ETHOS team, our responsibility is to create communication and accountability around the core tenets chosen as drivers for the growth and sustainability of the organization: Engineering Standards, Culture, Education, and Engagement.
We work to strengthen the bonds between our people, our teams, and our offices in order to visibly support a cohesive, committed team of software engineers dedicated to both technical excellence in their work and their interpersonal relationships.
