Retail assistant at Tesco
Maintaining and handling employee details, keeping them up to date and altering them when requested or necessary
Resolving wage queries

Booking annual leave
Ordering uniform and name badges
Maintaining book stocks making sure they are correct mad up to date
investigating any product issues and resolving them so that the customer can get what they want
Investigating shrink (unknown loss or gain of stock)
De-listing products that have been discontinued.
My main duties included operating the checkouts, always reminding customers about the benefits of Boots Advantage Card, replenishing stock and making sure customers are happy -they can get what they want and receive great service.
