•Work as a liaison between management and employees to identify problems in the operation and find solutions
•Look for emerging trends and find solutions to manage disruptions and improve operational efficiency.
•Collaborate with management on project to setup and coach self-directed teams
•Advocate for employees ideas and perspectives in the context of the organizations goals
•Define and develop the support specialist role in new departments within the region
•Team member on a finance project with a cross departmental team lead by the branch controller
In this role I work as a liaison between employees and management to improve the operation and suggest new strategies. I have gained experience in designing operations, floor layout and how to implement and coach self-directed teams.
