I run all aspects of a retail pharmacy including but not limited to staff recruitment, payroll, training, inventory control, loss prevention, customer service, merchandising and sales building.
I build, train and inspire a staff to develop personal/professional relationships with our customers to differentiate our store from our many competitors.
Analyze profit and loss statements, operating reports and customer service scorecards to develop a monthly action plan to improve top three areas of opportunity.
Team with Pharmacist In Charge to develop staff to provide excellent patient care. Assist PIC with pharmacy reporting analysis to increase efficiency and profitability.
As a Store Manager Trainee Coach I train manager trainees in front store and pharmacy operations. Assess SMT progress and certify training for development into Assisstant Store Manager position.
I was the 2013 District Paragon Award Winner. This award is based on prior year store results, leadership and district support.
