Currently managing six optical retail locations, an optical laboratory, a vision plan billing department, and an internal office supply program. Chief liaison to Senior Management and Managing Partners.
Oversaw the renovation and expansion of the optical laboratory from inception to completion, which included facility design, collaboration with contractors, hiring and training new staff, and equipment purchases.
Designed an employee development program utilizing industry resources and presenters, aimed at increasing employee morale, satisfaction, and technical training.
Established Quality Assurance Program aimed at reducing remakes and improving patient satisfaction. Average patient wait time decreased by 2 days and remakes decreased by 5%, saving $12,000 per month in cost of goods.
Transformed EyeOne’s online presence through website redesign, search engine optimization, and increased social media presence. Increased website users by 20% and search traffic by 11%.
Renovated the optical purchasing program by negotiating with vendors and leveraging EyeOne’s market share. Decreased cost of goods 10% and increased average monthly sales by 40%.
