- Defined Pathfinder's UX service, positioning, and branding of the user experience design offering at Pathfinder. Over the course of five years, evolved the design group from a one-off multimillion international bi-lingual software design project to a leading user experience design consulting firm.Managed and Grew internal and external design resources and teams.

- Managed team of five designers for a $7million dollar B2C site redesign for www.nmfn.com. Assisted internal design team to set up their design process and win a design award. Worked closely with leadership and development teams on planning iterative releases and aligning project cycles.

- Collaborated with directors of the customer service department at NMFN to document their processes. Transformed the paper-based workflow into online application lowering operational cost.

- Envisioned the concept and designed the experience of "My financial folder " application and presented it to key executives as part of a two year road map effort.

Designed award winning web marketing initiatives and ad campaigns for Oldsmobile, Vidal Sassoon, P&G, Ralston Purina and Energizer.

- Designed the Vidal Sassoon brand’s first online experience. Increased the site's hit rate by 50% through personalization and optimized media campaigns. The brand's online presence won Best Overall Creative Design Award 2000 from Ad Tech Awards. (+Awarded by VS Regional Creative Director a Hair Makeover!)

- Conceived, designed and user tested conceptual marketing prototypes for Oldsmobile integrating new usability methods into the process. Research findings were implemented across brand sites.
