Assists the HR Consultants in:
•Advising management on the formulation and administration of plans and policies for human resource activities by analyzing and recommending solutions to human resource issues relating to the assigned program or section area
•Developing, revising and implementing human resource policies and procedures.
•Ensuring program or section area is in compliance with established policies and procedures.
•Preparing and maintaining special internal and external reports as requested by immediate supervisor.
•Developing, coordinating and recommending changes for the improvement of workflow in the program or section area.
•Developing methods and procedures for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
•Conducting periodic audits of human resource activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
•Presenting training sessions related to assigned program or section area.
