- Quickly became a trusted leader to the founder of the organization due to detailed knowledge in all aspects of the business model, able to identified key growth and contribution opportunities for the nonprofit in order to overseeing, implementing and improving the operation systems and service planning.
- Researched and contacted multiple law firms overnight due to tight deadline, also served as primary liaison to the attorneys in addressing legal issues to ensure the compliance of the organization. Guided the board of directors to resolve legal conflicts within a week.
- Recruited, interviewed, and built the first volunteer team within one month, included 3 virtual volunteers and over 10 local volunteers. Created volunteer training program.
- Initiated and responsible for the event calendar management and monthly email campaign, by coordinating between vendors, volunteers, customers, and staffs. Organized supporter groups for current and potential adopters.
