Develop and manage the relationship(s), retention and financial performance of the loyalty and rewards partners.
Continuously increase member spend, product take-up and retention (use participating retailers(partners) to provide value and also acquire partners for the loyalty and rewards programme.
Define, implement and manage all marketing communications with Card members
Represent the Bank’s interests with existing and potential Loyalty and Rewards partners and to optimise the associated customer experience benefits.
Develop and implement the business CRM & loyalty strategy to improve acquisition and retention of customers
Manages plan budgets, cross-functional resources and timelines
Develop reports for all the partners to measure performance and to identify opportunities
Strategically use insights and analytics for
• identifying business opportunities
• improving revenue generation
• building a strong customer value proposition
• running intelligent segmented campaigns which maximized the marketing resources and also yield a high ROI.
