Change Executive (Volunteer)

Initial work as a Change Executive involved doing background, market, entry strategy research as well as identifying key stakeholders for two Ashoka fellows looking to get into or expand in the Irish market. Also elected cluster lead for the Civic Participation cluster; this involved facilitating cluster meetings, ensuring all cluster members were informed of weekly objectives; being the first point of contact for any queries cluster members had.

Have moved to the 'More Jobs' Cluster and am helping Ashokas most recently elected fellow James Whelton with the Irish expansion of CoderDojo

Volunteer Research + Administrative Position

Completed research into past applicants to the annual Social Entrepreneurs Ireland awards program to discover trends including demographic, geographic and sector patterns.
Completed research into how to strengthen existing alumni network.

Volunteer Facilitator Women's Support Group

Facilitator for the Women's Support Group; this is a support group for refugee and asylum seeking women who have been victims of gender based violence. Assisted in facilitating and planning of workshops assisted in the English classes, chatted with participants in the group, prepared lunch, and generally try and help the women feel comfortable.
