Responsible for recruiting , interviewing and placing temporary employees in light industrial positions. Recruit and interview 30-40 candidates a day durning peak season to ensure the staffing demands of our client are met. process all new hire paperwork in accordance with Federal and State laws and in adherence with companies policies. Conduct temporary associate new employees and safety orientations. Maintain or implement changes in staffing to assure that productivity remains at acceptable levels. Coordinate all communication and orders between clients , on site Managers associates. Develop a stand by list to cover all positions in a timely manner to fill clerical, forklift/stand up drivers , general warehouse. Counsel Temporary Associates on performance , attendance or any other work related issues. Ensure all client requirement are fulfilled (background check, drug screening , skills testing Etc. Maintain detailed documentation daily safety walk during shift. Daily check-ins .
